Understanding Our Agreement

Before we begin working together, we ensure clarity and transparency through our contract.

CREDIT REPAIR SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement ("Agreement) is entered into as of the effective date below by and between Upscale Enterprises LLC, located at 502 W 7th St, Suite 100, Erie, PA 16502

1. Credit Repair Services

Upscale Enterprises LLC agrees to provide the following services to Client:

Evaluation of Credit Reports: Upscale Enterprises LLC will evaluate Client’s credit reports from applicable credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) to identify any inaccurate, erroneous, false, or outdated information.

• Advisory Services: Upscale Enterprises LLC will advise Client on the steps necessary to dispute any inaccuracies.

• Dispute Preparation: Upscale Enterprises LLC will prepare customized dispute letters tailored to challenge negative items such as collections, late payments, bankruptcies, charge-offs, child support, medical bills, or any other negative items affecting Client’s credit.

• File Disputes Through Platforms: If necessary, Upscale Enterprises LLC will file disputes with consumer protection platforms such as the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to hold creditors and credit bureaus accountable.

• Consulting and Education: Upscale Enterprises LLC will provide Client with strategies to maintain good credit habits and achieve their financial goals.

2. Our Credit Repair Process

We specialize in challenging a variety of negative items on your credit report, including:

• Collections

• Late Payments

• Bankruptcies

Charge-Offs

Child Support

Medical Bills

Any other negative accounts that may impact your ability to obtain credit, auto loans,

mortgages, or other financial opportunities.

Our approach follows industry-proven methods and complies with federal regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), to challenge inaccuracies, unverified accounts, and accounts that are reported beyond legal limits.

3. Required Documentation

To begin the dispute process, Client must provide the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport)

• Social Security Card (or a document showing full Social Security number)

• Proof of Address (e.g., utility bill, lease agreement, bank statement)

• Signed and Notarized Identification Affidavit (authorizing us to dispute items on Client’s

behalf). This affidavit can be notarized through:

o Our partner, Blue Notary, for convenient online notarization.

o Your local bank, which may offer free notary services.

4. Authorization for Credit Repair Actions

Client authorizes Upscale Enterprises LLC to:

• Make, receive, sign, endorse, execute, acknowledge, deliver, and possess applications, correspondence, contracts, or agreements related to improving Client’s credit with the three credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax), as necessary.

• Perform all actions needed to repair Client’s credit as outlined in this Agreement.

5. Fees and Payment

Client agrees to pay Upscale Enterprises LLC the total of their purchase price for up to 8 months of service as specified in the schedule. Payment is due in full upon execution of this Agreement.

6. Consumer Credit File Rights

As per state and federal laws, Client has the right to dispute inaccurate information in their credit report directly with the credit bureaus.

Right to Dispute: Client has the right to dispute inaccurate information in their credit report. Credit bureaus must remove accurate, negative information after 7 years, and bankruptcy information can remain for up to 10 years.

Right to a Free Credit Report: Client can obtain a free credit report if they’ve been denied credit recently or if they are unemployed and intend to apply for employment in the next 60 days.

• Credit Report Audit: Upscale Enterprises LLC will begin by analyzing the credit report to identify negative or unverified items.

Customized Dispute Letters: Customized dispute letters will be prepared for each negative

item.

Legal & Compliance Framework: We will leverage consumer protection laws (FCRA and

Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) to challenge negative information.

Filing Disputes Through BBB and CFPB: We will escalate disputes, if necessary, by filing

complaints with the BBB and CFPB.

Ongoing Monitoring: Progress will be monitored, and further actions will be taken if required.

 Credit Monitoring: We recommend using tools like Credit Karma, Experian, or Identity IQ to

track your credit progress.

Education &Support: We will provide ongoing support and strategies for maintaining strong

credit habits.

8. Acknowledgment of Receipt

By signing this Agreement, I, acknowledge my Consumer Credit File Rights. I confirm that I understand and agree to the terms outlined above.
